Sitemap ping service. Notify the Live Search crawler if you change an existing sitemap, or add a new one. Use this web address format: http://webmaster.live.com/ping.aspx?siteMap=[Your sitemap web address]

That will let Live.com’s spiders know that you have updated your sitemap and they will be sure to update their database with the new pages.
